Job summary

Caliber is seeking skilled collision repair professionals to join our service center in the United States. You will perform full collision repair, from frame and panel work to precise reassembly, with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality and blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail to ensure tightened bolts and welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring components back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
