Caliber Daphne Service Center is seeking an experienced auto collision technician to perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds. You will blueprint and execute precise repairs with a focus on safety and quality in a collaborative team setting.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of hands-on experience, frame and structural know-how, and a strong commitment to detail. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced shop is essential.

• Two or more years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural repair experience required.
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major projects.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain clean, safe work area at all times.
