Caliber Seaside is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to fix fenders and frames with precision, from minor dents to full structural rebuilds.

You will collaborate with painters, estimators, and front-office staff to deliver high-quality repairs while maintaining safety standards and efficiency. Experience with automotive body work and a strong eye for detail are required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Able to pull, straighten, and square frames to factory specs.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Commitment to precise bolts, welds, and quality work.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
• Collaborate with team members to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
