Caliber is seeking skilled collision repair technicians for our Foley, AL center. You will blueprint and execute repairs from minor dents to major frame work, using modern equipment to return vehicles to factory specs.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of experience and frame/structural know-how, with a no-shortcuts mindset and a sharp eye for detail. You will collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars efficiently through the repair process.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square it up.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail in bolts, welds, and assembly.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Panel and structural repairs as needed.
• Quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
