Experience of at least two years, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and eligibility to work in the U.S. are required. Training opportunities like I-CAR and ASE certifications are provided to help you grow.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality: Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
• Physically fit for the job: can lift up to 50lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and precise fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move vehicles efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
