Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by meticulously repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars while collaborating with team members to meet speed, quality, and customer-excellence goals.

Responsibilities include planning repairs, estimating costs, realigning frames, replacing parts and glass, and ensuring work meets KPIs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship.
• Ability to read job orders and work with little supervision.
• Understanding of repair methods and tools for vehicle bodies.

Responsibilities

• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace or repair parts and glass; repaint as needed.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and meet KPIs.
