Caliber’s Florissant Service Center is seeking an experienced auto body technician to repair and restore vehicles to factory standards. You’ll join a team that values precise workmanship, safety, and collaboration across painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality—blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail—tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude—collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; fit and finish matter.
• Work as a team to move cars through.
• Keep the work location safety and tidiness.
