Job summary

Caliber Collision Florissant is seeking an experienced auto body technician to restore vehicles to factory specs. Bring at least two years of hands-on experience, plus frame and structural know-how, and a no-shortcuts mindset to our shop that values precision and safety.

You will blueprint, repair, and reassemble vehicles from minor dents to major frame work, collaborating with painters and estimators to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tighten bolts, welds, and finishes.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with team to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment.
