Caliber's Service Center in O’Fallon, MO is seeking an experienced collision repair technician. You will perform full collision repairs, frame and panel work, and ensure high-quality reassembly while collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Qualified candidates have at least two years of hands-on experience, frame/structural know-how, a no-shortcuts approach, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no guesswork.
• Full collision repair from minor to major; frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; ensure fit and finish meet standards.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
