Caliber Collision Matthews is looking for an experienced collision repair technician to join our team. You will blueprint and execute repairs, perform frame and structural work, and ensure precise welds and finish. Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through the shop efficiently.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how for pulling, straightening and squaring components.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail with tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude coordinating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with accuracy and no guesswork.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with team to move cars through the shop efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
