Applicants should have at least two years of hands-on collision repair experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a meticulous, no-shortcuts mindset to ensure factory-spec repairs and quality reassembly.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair including fender benders and frame rebuilds.

• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff as a team.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment at the shop.
