Job summary

Caliber Collision in Indian Trail, NC is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to join our service center team. You will perform full collision repairs, including frame and structural work, to restore vehicles to factory specs.

A strong eye for detail and teamwork are essential as you collaborate with painters, estimators, and front desk staff. Two or more years in collision repair, proficient frame/structural skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Proficient with frame straightening and structural repairs.
• Attention to detail with precision in repairs.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specifications.
• Perform full collision repairs from minor to major damage.
• Repair panels and structural components and ensure factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff to move cars through.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
