Caliber Waxhaw Service Center is seeking a collision repair technician to blueprint and execute repairs from minor fender benders to full frame rebuilds. You will work with experienced teammates and top-quality equipment to ensure factory-spec results.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no guesswork.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring vehicles back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
