You will work with skilled teammates to meet KPIs, using tools like cutters, jacks, and welders, while maintaining high standards of speed and customer excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of vehicle repair methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis, replace parts, and weld/paint as needed.
• Ensure work meets labor time guidelines and inspect completed vehicles.
