Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Gig Harbor, WA is seeking an Auto Body Technician who will repair vehicles to pre-accident condition while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, realign chassis, replace damaged components, and ensure high-quality results in a fast-paced shop.

You will work with cutting guns, plasma cutters, jacks, and paints to meet KPIs and uphold our Brand Ambassador values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school completion or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of repair methods and required tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass; perform welding and painting as needed.
• Ensure work meets labor time guidelines and KPIs.
