Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to ensure exceptional customer experience through meticulous vehicle repair. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, aligning with the team to meet KPIs and uphold the brand promise of speed, quality, and customer excellence.

The role requires high school completion or technical training/apprenticeship, ability to read job orders, and proficiency with body repair tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical school program completion or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers using appropriate tools.
• Hammer out dents and apply filler resins as needed.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts and repair glass as needed.
• Weld and fit parts, and repaint vehicles to factory specs or equivalent.
