Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience through meticulous assessment and high-quality vehicle repairs, restoring pre-accident condition. The role requires disassembly, repair, and reassembly of vehicles while upholding speed, quality and customer excellence.

You will work with the team to achieve KPIs, uphold the company's Brand Ambassador promise, and contribute to a supportive environment that helps the career move forward

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute the WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers using tools listed.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage; replace parts and repair glass as needed.
• Weld and fit parts, apply paint per factory specs or approved equivalents.
• Ensure work orders are completed within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles after repair.
