The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and either technical school completion or a 3-year apprenticeship. Team collaboration and safety are essential in this fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical school completion or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of vehicle body repair methods and tool usage.

Responsibilities

• Disassembles, repairs, and reassembles vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Uses cutting guns, plasma cutters, jacks, hammers, and pliers for repair work.
• Realigns chassis, replaces parts, and applies paint per specs.
• Completes work orders within labor guidelines and inspects repairs.
• Acts as a Brand Ambassador and supports KPIs with the team.
