Gerber Collision & Glass in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver outstanding customer experiences by accurately repairing vehicles and restoring them to pre-accident condition.

The role involves disassembling, repairing, reassembling, realigning frames, replacing damaged parts and glass, and finishing with factory-grade paint. You’ll work with the team to meet KPIs while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a technical program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and repair instructions.

Responsibilities

• Execute repairs to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle components with attention to quality.
• Realign chassis and frames; replace damaged parts and glass as needed.
• Weld, paint, and finish to factory specifications or approved equivalents.
• Ensure work meets labor time guidelines and KPIs.
