Gerber Collision & Glass in El Mirage, AZ seeks an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experience by repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and align chassis, using cutting tools to restore appearance and safety.

Collaborate with team, meet KPIs, and represent the Boyd Group brand. Must complete technical training or apprenticeship; HS diploma required. The role offers competitive flat-rate pay and a path to advanced certification.

Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or equivalent.
• Technical training or apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles.
• Realign chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
• Replace damaged parts and glass as needed.
• Weld, paint, and finish to factory specs.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles after repair for quality.
