Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician in Tempe, AZ. You will assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition, using cutting tools, plasma cutters, and other equipment to restore quality and speed.

Responsibilities include planning repairs, estimating costs, realigning chassis, replacing glass and interior parts, and ensuring work quality through inspection and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Thorough understanding of auto body repair methods and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles; replace damaged sections/parts.
• Realign chassis/frames to fix structural damage; weld and attach parts.
