Gerber Collision & Glass in Redmond, WA is hiring an Auto Body Technician to deliver top-tier customer service through precise vehicle assessment and quality repairs to restore cars to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, follow the WOW plan, and collaborate with teammates to meet KPI targets while representing the Brand in every interaction.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus technical training or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

Responsabilidades

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Use cutting tools, plasma cutters, jacks and hand tools to repair sections of a vehicle.
• Hammer out dents and apply filler resins where needed.
• Realign chassis and replace damaged parts.
• Inspect vehicles after repair for quality and safety.
