Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates.
• Hammers out dents and repairs structural damage.
• Remove damaged sections and replace with new parts.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines.

Skills

Ability to read job orders

Ability to work with other repairers

Understanding of repair methods

Knowledge of tools for the trade
