Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer estimates with tools like cutting guns and plasma cutters.
• Repair dents, realign chassis, and replace parts as needed.
• Weld and repaint vehicles to factory specs.
• Ensure work orders meet labor guidelines and inspect completed work.
