Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to expertly assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble, contributing to speed, quality, and customer excellence while aligning with KPIs and brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Repair and replace damaged sections using appropriate tools.
• Weld, paint, and finish vehicles to factory standards.
• Complete work orders within labor guidelines and inspect for quality.
• Assist with estimates and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Adhere to KPIs and brand standards as a Brand Ambassador.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely repairs.
