Gerber Collision & Glass (part of The Boyd Group) is hiring an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing and repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and refinish with a focus on speed, quality and customer excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and/or technical training in auto body repair.
• Completion of technical program or apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders and repair plans.
• Knowledge of tools and methods used in auto body repair.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently in daily repair work.
• Plan repairs and prepare customer cost estimates with tools for repair.
• Hammer out dents, apply filler resins when needed.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass; repair interior parts.
• Weld, fit parts, and repaint vehicles per spec.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect quality.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
