Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States seeks an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repair and quality workmanship, restoring cars to pre-accident condition.

You'll disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, realign chassis, replace parts and glass, and prepare accurate cost estimates while meeting KPI targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair required.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles following procedures.
• Replace damaged sections and windshields; weld and paint as needed.
• Ensure work meets labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles after repair.
