Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to meticulously assess and repair vehicles, restoring them to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while upholding our commitment to speed, quality, and customer excellence.

You’ll work with a team to meet KPIs and represent the Brand as a dedicated Boyd Group ambassador. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, plus technical training or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass as needed.
• Weld and fit parts; repaint to factory standards.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles after repair for quality.
