Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking an Auto Body Technician. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble vehicles and restore them to pre-accident condition, driving speed, quality and customer excellence.

You’ll work with the team to complete tasks within labor guidelines and act as a Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group. The role requires a high school diploma or technical training, with hands-on repair experience and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds, bend, kneel and work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution and timely repair planning.
• Repair and reassemble vehicle sections with appropriate tools.
• Realign chassis and frames to restore structural integrity.
• Replace damaged parts and glass; repair interiors as needed.
• Weld, repaint and inspect vehicles to meet quality standards.
