Qualifications

• 1–3 years collision repair experience.
• Knowledge of vehicle structure for removal/replacement.
• Adheres to safety precautions in the shop.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs and occasionally over 70 lbs.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Repairs vehicles per estimate and standards; prepares vehicles for body repair.
• Restores bodywork to original condition; removes damaged parts and installs replacements.
• Repairs and realigns structural components as needed.
• Communicates with management about additional repairs or timeline changes.
• Maintains tools and equipment; keeps the work area clean and safe.
• Complies with regulations affecting body shop operations.
