Caliber Crown Point is seeking a skilled collision repair technician to restore vehicles to factory specifications. You will blueprint and execute repairs, handle full collision repair from minor to major damage, and ensure quality reassembly for a safe, road-ready result.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square.
• No shortcuts—blueprint and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail with tightened bolts, welds, and finish.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through.
• Keep work area safe and tidy.
