Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass - League City, TX is seeking an Auto Body Technician with 4-5 years of collision repair experience to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble, using tools from cutting guns to hydraulic jacks to deliver high-quality results.

You will plan repairs, prepare cost estimates, and work to meet KPIs while providing an excellent customer experience. The role offers a flat-rate structure with pay reflecting location and experience.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years minimum prior collision Auto Body Technician experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical schooling or apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of vehicle body repair methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis/frames and replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
• Weld, paint, and ensure repairs meet quality standards.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Adhere to WOW plan and company KPIs.
