Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition with precision and care. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while upholding speed, quality, and exceptional customer service as part of The Boyd Group.

You will work with the team to meet KPIs and act as a Brand Ambassador, ensuring safety in a noisy shop environment and the use of industry-standard tools. Prior tech school or apprenticeship is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship.
• Ability to read job orders and work with very little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer estimates using tools.
• Repair dents, apply filler resins and restore panel fitment.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and repair glass/trim.
• Weld, fit parts, and repaint to factory specs.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality.
