Gerber Collision & Glass is looking for an Auto Body Technician who will deliver an exceptional customer experience through meticulous vehicle repair to restore pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while supporting speed, quality, and customer excellence.

You will work with teammates to meet KPIs and uphold the brand promise, acting as a Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group at all times.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work with others in an auto body shop.
• Understanding of methods and procedures to repair vehicle bodies.
• Knowledge of how to use required tools for the trade.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Realign car chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Remove damaged sections and replace with parts; repair glass as needed.
• Weld and attach parts; repaint vehicles to spec or equivalent.
• Ensure work orders are completed within labor time guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality.
