Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by meticulously repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, realign frames, weld, paint, and ensure repairs meet KPIs while serving as a Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group.

The role emphasizes speed, quality, and customer excellence, with opportunities to contribute as part of a supportive team in a busy collision and glass repair environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school completion or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with very little supervision.
• Solid understanding of auto body repair methods and tools.

Responsabilités

• Plan and estimate repair work for customers and prepare cost estimates.
• Repair, realign, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Repair glass, interior parts, and weld/paint as needed.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles after repair.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
