Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is looking for an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by meticulously repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. This role supports speed, quality, and customer excellence across the team and company goals.

You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, adhering to established KPIs and acting as a Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group. A focus on safety and quality in a dynamic shop environment is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan and maintain quality repairs.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair dents, apply filler resins and reassemble components.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace or repair damaged parts including glass and interior components.
• Weld, fit parts, and repaint vehicles to spec.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect results.
