Gerber Collision & Glass in Fridley, MN seeks an Auto Body Technician to expertly assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and restore vehicles while contributing to speed, quality, and customer excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of technical school or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and repair instructions.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repairs and prepare customer estimates.
• Repair dents with fillers when needed.
• Realign chassis/frames for structural repair.
• Replace damaged sections and glass.
• Weld and fit parts, repaint as required.
• Ensure work orders meet labor guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles after repair.
