Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring Auto Body Technicians in the Milwaukee area. The role focuses on high‑quality collision repairs with a strong emphasis on speed, accuracy, and customer service.

You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while contributing to the company’s commitment to WOW—Speed, Quality, and Customer Excellence. The position offers a sign‑on bonus (up to $5,000) for experienced technicians and a robust benefits package, including PTO, holidays,

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer required.
• Ability to read job orders and work with very little supervision.

Mansioni

• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Use tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers to repair sections of a vehicle.
• Welds and attaches or fits parts into place and prepares and repaints vehicles.
• Realigns car chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Removes damaged sections and replaces with new or aftermarket parts.
