Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to expertly assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition, working closely with the team to hit KPIs and uphold the brand promise of speed and quality.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and either a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship. The role involves disassembling, repairing, replacing parts, and painting; safety and physical requirements apply.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to use auto body repair tools and equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Plan repair work and prepare customer estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and replace damaged sections with parts.
• Repair or replace glass and interior parts as needed.
• Prepare and repaint vehicles to factory specs or equivalents.
• Ensure work meets labor time guidelines and inspect finished vehicles.
