Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Ability to read job orders and work with very little supervision.
• Ability to collaborate with other repairers within an auto body shop.
• Thorough understanding of methods and procedures to repair vehicle bodies and the tools required for the trade.

Responsabilités

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair sections of a vehicle using cutting guns, plasma cutters, jacks, hammers and pliers.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage and replace damaged sections with parts.
• Replace or repair glass, interior parts, and repaint vehicles to factory specs or equivalent.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality and safety.
