• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how—able to pull, straighten, and square up.

• Sharp eye for detail—committed to tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
• Physically fit—can lift up to 50lbs.
• Team-first attitude—collab with painters, estimators, and front-office staff.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
