Job summary

Caliber's Fayette City service center is seeking skilled auto body technicians to perform precise repairs from fender benders to frame rebuilds. You will blueprint, repair, panel and structure work to factory specs, ensuring quality reassembly and safe, road-ready results.

Bring at least two years of wreck repair experience, frame and structural know-how, and a no-shortcuts mindset. You will collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

  • Two years of hands-on wreck repair experience.
  • Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square components.
  • No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint and fix it right the first time.
  • Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds.
  • Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision; no guesswork or shortcuts.
  • Handle full collision repair from minor fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Perform panel and structural work and restore factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly; final touches matter for safety and appearance.
  • Work as a team to move cars through the shop efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
