Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to restore vehicles to factory specs with precision and care.

You will work with a team to blueprint, repair frames, and reassemble panels using modern equipment and safety standards. This role offers growth, hands-on training, and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
  • Frame and structural know-how for pulling, straightening, and squaring frames.
  • Blueprint it, fix it right the first time—no shortcuts.
  • Sharp eye for detail to ensure tightened bolts and perfected welds.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
  • Team-oriented and able to collaborate with painters, estimators, and front-office staff.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs without shortcuts.
  • Full collision repair – from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Panel and structural work – restore factory specs.
  • Quality reassembly – ensure proper fit and finish.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy work location.
  • Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
