Caliber is seeking experienced collision repair technicians in Springfield, TN. You will perform full collision repairs, frame straightening, and panel work to return vehicles to factory specs.

The role emphasizes blueprint execution, quality reassembly, and strong teamwork with painters, estimators, and front office staff. Two years of collision repair experience is required, with I-CAR and ASE certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with accuracy and no shortcuts.
  • Handle full collision repair, from minor to major frame work.
  • Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
  • Collaborate with teammates to move cars efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area at all times.
