Job summary

Caliber Smyrna Service Center is hiring an automotive repair technician to perform full collision repairs with a focus on factory-spec alignment and quality finishes.

You will blueprint, repair, and reassemble vehicles, work with painters and estimators, and maintain a safe, efficient shop everyday. The role offers training through I-CAR and ASE programs and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k).

Qualifications

  • Two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
  • Frame and structural know-how including pulling, straightening, and squaring.
  • Detail-oriented with precise assembly and welds.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Team player collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with no shortcuts.
  • Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
  • Repair panels and structural components to factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
  • Collaborate with team to move cars through the shop.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
