Job summary

Caliber’s Service Center in Tullahoma, Tennessee, is hiring an experienced collision repair technician to blueprint and execute repairs from fender benders to frame rebuilds.

You will work with paint estimators and front office staff, using modern equipment to return vehicles to factory specs. Must lift up to 50 lbs and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on experience repairing wrecked vehicles.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality—blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Detail-oriented with tightened bolts and welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repair work with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and finishing touches.
• Work collaboratively to move cars through efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work site.
