Caliber Service Center Benton, AR is seeking an experienced collision repair technician. You will perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds, using modern equipment and strict quality standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair skills to pull, straighten, and square.
• Ability to follow blueprints and repair to factory specs.
• High attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.
