  • Frame and structural know-how – pull, straighten, and square vehicles.
  • No-shortcuts mentality – blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
  • Sharp eye for detail – tightened bolts, welded joints, and quality finishes.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-first attitude – collaborates with painters, estimators, and front-office staff.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no guesswork.
  • Panel and structural work – bring bent or twisted parts back to factory specs.
  • Quality reassembly – final touches ensure proper fit and finish.
