The Boyd Group is seeking an Auto Body Technician at Gerber Collision & Glass in Princeton, TX. This role requires 4–5 years of collision auto body repair experience and a focus on quality restoration of vehicles to pre-accident condition.

Responsibilities include planning repair work, estimating costs, using a variety of shop tools, realigning chassis, and ensuring finished vehicles meet showroom and safety standards. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• 3+ years collision auto body repair experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of tool use and safety in a collision shop.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles for quality restoration.
• Realign chassis and frames to restore structural integrity.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
• Inspect finished work for quality and compliance with standards.
• Work efficiently to meet labor time guidelines.
