Job summary

Boyd Group Services is seeking an Auto Body Technician for the Princeton, TX shop. The role requires 4-5 years of collision auto body repair experience and a focus on delivering high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

The candidate will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, realign frames, replace parts and glass, and ensure work stays within labor time guidelines, with opportunities for bonus pay based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical schooling or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• 4-5 years minimum collision auto body repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan repairs and prepare customer estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged parts and glass; weld and repaint as needed.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect results.
